Currently, our Patreon has entered a tentative break and deleted all the sponsor tier.
Despite the absence of a tier for sponsors, many sponsors paid automatically when September began.
Due to the Petron system, a lot of payments have done even though we removed the spondorship tier.
So, I'd like to inform you as below.
1. we will refund the amount that was paid in September.
The refund needs to be proceeded one by one, so it could take some time, so please wait.
Please note that a full refund will be made after 5 to 7 days after inquiring Patreon for a refund.
2. If you want to prevent automatic payment, you must cancel the automatic payment yourself.
You can click on your profile icon in the upper right corner and cancel it from "Manage memberships".
