I suggest he slaughter, butcher, and cook his own meat from now on.

I think the day i realized I was wrong, and "toxic masculinity" wasn't the declaration that masculinity is toxic, but that there are toxic things about masculinity we need to change, is the day I finally realized just how tight the stranglehold is on ideas the left has, from the right. For awhile there, I consumed some of that intro to the alt right crap, because I was younger, grew up in a backwards ass place and was raised by nearly backwards conservatives who primed me for a life of thinking like them. The narrative control the right has, is so strong that the first time I heard "toxic masculinity" that was it, no context no breakdown, and the presenter then rolled on like I would know what that meant, and because I didn't, their effort to fill that gap in my knowledge, was the one that stuck. It's bizarre looking back, given how hyper fixated I am on trying to keep that from happening again now, to realize they *had* to have known. They had to have been intentionally manipulating the minds of everyone watching by steering them to the definition they wanted. It's so easy to fall for bullshit. It's so easy to land yourself in a place where you're so angry at a strawman, you literally fight against nothing. You fight against nothing, but the outcome is very much tangible, and it holds everyone else back because you're just standing there, blocking progress you'd probably agree with if you hadn't been blinded by anger.

Yes, thank you for putting my thoughts into words I can now steal to explain my issues with Rogan and his bullshit. It's ridiculous that in an interview between Joe frigging Rogan, and Mark "Lizardman in the headlights" Zuckerberg, I think Rogan is the weirder of the two. I guess it's not surprising though, considering which one a bunch of people used to pay to watch get punched in the head, eh?

I had never listened to Rogan. OMG HE is so much shallower and ill informed than I knew. How is it he gets millions of listeners? His telling Zuckerberg to ignore what his doctor said and trust the internet (I guess) was a place I’d like to know what was running through Zuc’s brain besides how do I steer this interview back to defending. Everything I and META have ever done?

Wow. This site really likes to post. Second I hope the have guest hosts at some point. Especially from their extended podcast community, and if they ever cover Alex Jones, the Knowledge fight team. And finally, when they bring on Cecil’s best friend Eli Bosnick with his own soundboard and wacky bits. (Note-not all these ideas are necessarily good. 😳)

And it glitched again. Anyway first off eventually I’d love to hear them talk about some of his shows with people I generally agree with, like Neil DeGrass Tyson.

First bonus content I’ve gotten, and I’ve got to say I’m as impressed by this as I am the regular feed. I really look forward to three things going forward. (I tried to post this in my I initial patreon message but my phone glitched and I couldn’t finish.)

You information around 39 minutes is spot on! Thank you for sharing, this is exactly correct: monoclonals, vaccines, any preventative or treatment modality becomes less effective as viruses mutate. Yes.

As someone who did BJJ for years and never got into libertarianism. I think the connection may have less to do with the hard work aspect and more to do with the probability of head trauma.

Rogan has this habit of dismissing guests who don't do all of the health/wellness treatments he does. He did it here with the peptides nonsense and he almost did it with the coffee guy when they got into all the recovery/anti-aging stuff.
