Regarding PAYPAL, please note that western hentai artists can use Paypal to receive the payments for the commissions that they sell using Pixiv requests. Please note that with Pixiv Request the person buying the request/commission ALWAYS PAYS IN ADVANCE THE FULL AMOUNT so using it guarantees that the artist always gets paid.
