Even if she only cleaned that house (which she probably didnt) you don't remember things like that as a human. I couldn't tell you what exactly is in my fridge right now. Roughly yes.. but not exactly. So how is that information in her brain... I dunno.. maybe i'm over analyzing..

That one infected person is made up of billions of bodies, but the individual body are pretty much just cells in the body. Individual cells can't really have a conversation with each other, because they're all working together. One mind. There's no need for talking to each other, because it would basically be just talking to yourself.
