Do you guys mind if I get existential a little? But do you ever wonder if there was ever a previous generation of humans that were around before us? Like before our presently known history? As if they were all killed off by some sort of pestilence or cosmological catastrophe or political implosion, but for some reason we were aloud or maybe by perseverance survived? If that asteroid didn't collide with the Earth that many million years ago would the dinosaurs still be around or have evolved into Sleestaks? Sleestaks being the example. I don't mean that part seriously, but what if? I mean archaeologists are always digging up artifacts of forgotten civilizations. Watching this show often makes me think that the survivors of Ellie's age will be the few to carry on the history if the human race should decide to rebuild. Or it will die with her and thus the cycle will begin again or straight up end.

That town seems to good to be true I have no idea regarding the story but if it's anything like TWD when it looks like paradise fear the worst or at the very least prefer for bad stuff to happen lol . Side note only about 3 weeks til wick 4 Daniel π₯³ I don't know about you but I can't wait oh and for anyone as excited as i am ted lasso is back march 15th aka bros b'day . Anyways sry for the tangent and cheers for the wonderful reaction guys

The end credits song, "Never Let Me Down Again" originally sung by Depeche Mode, was covered beautifully by Jessica Mazin, the show creator's teenage daughter. It's also the same song (DM version) that comes on the radio in the final moments of episode 1, signifying trouble from Bill & Frank.
