One of the few shows to truly stick the landing at the finale, unlike Dexter, which im still having mixed feelings on that ending

Lots of inside ED jokes in that. BRISCO COUNTY JR. also had a lot of those kinds of jokes.

Don't forget our month of Sam movies: "Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe" starring Bruce Campbell, for instance.

Both wipelash and getting whiplash sound very painful. But oh ya, definitely that film "Whiplash" is very well done. One of my favorites. Excellent suggestion Tony.

My goodness. If you do FERRIS BUELLER, you guys have to do AIRHEADS! "Who would win in a wrestling match? Lemmy or god?" "Lemmy? No god!" "Wrong! Trick question! Lemmy is god!"

I've done 3 complete watches of SFU, and I love it more every time. Imho, it's one of the best endings of a show. The actors are just incredible, and the writing is great. The character development throughout the series is so well written. You guys will likely love and hate each of them as you watch them navigate their lives as incredibly flawed, but relatable, human beings. Two thumbs way up from me.

I second that. It had some rough points in later seasons, but it's the best TV series I've seen. That series finale. 😲😲

Finding Forrester (2000) is another one of Sean Connery's that I really like. It's the same director as Good Will Hunting (which I know is on the schedule soon), and a very similar story. Both are great, but I think Finding Forrester is my favourite of the two.

Great to see someone else recommending A Perfect World. It's my favourite Kevin Costner movie. I've recommended it on every reaction channel I'm subscribed to, but nobody has watched it/made a reaction video til now.

IMO not one of Kevin Costner's best roles, he's kind of bland and stilted..(kind of wish Harrison Ford would've landed that role).
On the other hand, Sean Connery and Robert De Niro steal the show.
Overall, "The Untouchables" is NOT a great gangster film, like "The Godfather" or "Once Upon A Time In America", nor is it close to an accurate account of the real-life events it portrays like "Goodfellas". But it's a fun, extremely stylish, well-made and enjoyable film with a wonderful Ennio Morricone score.. He provides an exhilarating, heroic score which captures the feel and tone of the movie perfectly.

much of Ferris was filmed along the north shore suburbs, as were many of John Hughes' films: Risky Business, 16 candles, breakfast club, pretty in pink, and of course, Home Alone!

The Untouchables!
Brian DePalma film.
Ennio Morricone score.
"What are you PREPARED TO DO!?"
This film was so successful the studio gave DePalma the greenlight to Direct anything he wanted next, he chose to do "Casualties of War" with Ennio Morricone as composer again.
(A great baseball movie with Kevin Costner "For Love of the Game")

Man, THE UNTOUCHABLES is great. I can't wait for this one. FERRIS BUELLER is an interesting movie. When I was a kid I laughed my ass off and had a good time. As I got older I realized that Ferris is a bit of a sociopath. It's like that "Dainel LaRusso is the Real Bully" video. It made sense in the 80s because you didn't have a concept of certain things, but once you experience the world, really those two guys are kind of jerky. Also, there is a theory (but I don't buy it) that Ferris doesn't really exist. It's like a Tyler Durden alter ego of Cameron. I think there's fun stuff to have with that theory, but I don't buy it. Also, there's a post credit scene. So, wait for that.
