lol. I'm sure you guys are fine. As long as you guys aren't into top secret stuff or spies. Signal is a much more secure app, but certain countries will see it as very suspicious activity. Apps like LINE and WeChat are monitored by Chinese and other governments (LINE monitored by Thai government) ... so just don't say bad things about the government of a country you ever visit or plant to visit you should be okay :)

Yikes! We have iPhones, but we talk to family out of the country on WhatsApp! I ended up with a Google Home thing from a White Elephant and I had it plugged in at the house and one day Daniel was leaving and saying bye to our dog and it said bye back to him and it ended up getting unplugged immediately and never used again haha -Sam

WhatsApp has been compromised since it was bought by Facebook. :) But yea there were tests done. Android phones (any brand/type) send your location to Google every 1-2 seconds even if the phone is turned off or in Airplane mode. I use an iPhone because I trust Apple to care more about customers' privacy than Google, however I still used them before just coz it does everything I need well. like really well. I used to switch back and forth between iPhone and Android all the time coz I'm a tech nerd, but nowadays I just use the iPhone. This is just commentary-- don't really think one is better than the other. I actually really would love to have a Galaxy Fold, but I don't because of the Google thing. (tracking)

Baldwin was ready to return for the role in Patriot Games but from what I've read a certain executive at Paramount didn't feel Baldwin had that certain amount of star power to draw in the box office. Apparently they were already getting things lined up with Harrison Ford for the role while Baldwin was still under contract and he wasn't aware of this.

One of my big movie disappointments is that they didn't lock in the Ryan/Clancy series of books with a specific actor and continuity.
