Cobra Kai Season 3 Episode 6 'King Cobra' Full TV Reaction!!

And Kyler needed to be taken down a peg.

In this episode we see the genesis of “no mercy”. Kreese tried to show mercy and it backfired. Like you, I thought that the ponytail guy was Silver, but here we see that Silver was a scared teenager. More on that later. I love Chozen’s evolution. I never expected to root for Chozen, but here I am a fan of Chozen. As for Johnny, I think he might have missed his calling. He truly should have been a physical therapist. He cured Miguel of his asthma and now he helps him walk again. However, Miguel’s journey won’t be easy and I think you’ll be pleased with how the writers handle the Miguel story. This season only gets better culminating with a phenomenal final episode to Season 3. Stay tuned!

It never ceases to amaze me how they get the actual actors back for all these old characters. I looked it up, and even the girl Daniel saved in the typhoon is the same actress as the present day. That in itself shows how much care they put into this series.

I love how silly the stuff with Miguel and Johnny started, and then how serious it turned out to. I also love how they tricked us into thinking Ponytail was Terry Silver, when in fact it was Twig.

This episode was crazy seeing more kreese back story seeing what his military captian saying no mercy he took that to make cobra Kai and hawk he got all ragedful this episode

Alfredo Ordonez

That would be the 2nd one I forgot :)

Speaking of callbacks, I liked Chozen's, to Daniel. "You keep for your collection".

Donna Castellano

"The moment where Kreese broke". There's more to the story. He's not yet broken. That's all I'll say on that. But I do agree that I hate the show is doing this with the character. I still don't like him, but I understand where his viewpoints are coming from, thanks to this expansion of his past. It leaves me feeling very conflicted at times. It doesn't get any easier in coming episodes either.

Hawk is so bad-ass even tho hes bad kind of. Hes one of those characters where its still wrong with what he does but you understand where hes coming from because he doesnt have the right people now guiding him. Silver was done on purpose to make us all think it was that guy with the ponytail where instead it was his other friend!! You guys have no clue where all this goes and your going to love it!!! This show is just too damn good!!!

Johnny had to play it cool after writing an 80 page message in all caps LOL. Did you guys catch the call backs.. I know there were two here but I only remember the one Kreese telling Daniel "Now it's open season on you, and them." is a callback to what Kreese tells Miyagi about showing up for the tournament, that if he doesn't show up "It's open season on him, and you." When it comes to this Kreese / Hawk / Kyler and gang stuff.. I feel like Kreese knew they bullied Hawk. It may not be 100% why he recruited them, but it's part of it. You mentioned him taking away the flags.. You noticed he only did that after Hawk said "He's mine." I think it's because he knew that Hawk was going to destroy him and he didn't want it to just be one punch, and then a finish. Otherwise it would've been over from that first kick. But it was funny how Kreese didn't even get to really say Finish him before Hawk just started beating the crap out of him.. he was like "Fini--" and then that was it lol. I have to say though it was very rewarding especially since Kyler came back with the whole "Guy with the lip" thing and "Oohh.. Go get 'em Lip." .. When he comes back and Kyler bows his head down.. It's almost like Kyler is feeling guilty about messing with him, like this whole thing was his fault and if he didn't mess with Eli his friend wouldn't have gotten destroyed. I'm not saying that's what I believe, I'm saying that's what I think was going through Kyler's head. I think the whole ponytail thing was done on purpose to throw people off, kinda like how they made it seem like the guy with the letterman jacket was Kreese a few episodes back.

Alex

Man, that beatdown Hawk gave that bully was vicious, but a long time coming. It sucks it had to happen, but Eli needed his catharsis (even if it was in a twisted way of achieving it). Maybe that along with the realization and regret of breaking Demetri's arm will finally make him understand that he's going doing a dark path under Kreese's tutelage.

Ali is a doctor, the big fan theory after season 2 was that Ali would be the doctor that performed surgery on Miguel, which is why they had the blonde doctor from out of state come in to fake out the fans.

Stephen King

Arrggghhh. And now I have to wait a week for 7 & 8.
