Friday, we're continuing our Mike Flanagan run with the Netflix Series - Midnight Mass! On Saturday, we're watching our Horror Patreon Poll Winner, Hereditary (2018)! Like with the phone licking her face. That's the kinda stuff that used to scare me as a kid. You don't see stuff like that anymore.

2022-02-23 20:26:23 +0000 UTCI'm sure there are other reactors that do this, but the only one I watch that does (night vision) is Ashleigh Burton and I love it. Especially since she's already such a scaredy-cat, the night vision acts a multiplier.

2022-02-23 18:33:38 +0000 UTCYou know what could be fun? Shooting some of these scary movies with night vision or with a very dim light so you can watch them in the dark. It would mix up the type of footage you're capturing as well.

Very well done, found myself having to remind myself "it's just a movie, it's just a movie", and that's the mark of a solid horror flick lol

2022-02-20 19:35:06 +0000 UTCOh man. I'm definitely watching that.. Nothing scares me at all. The last time I legitimately got scared by any jump scare it was Resident Evil: Village. I watched Nightmare on Elm Street with them and I slept like a baby. Even had some good dreams. It's weird I haven't had any nightmares since I was a kid. I have what I would consider to be bad dreams. I got shot in the head in a dream last week, but it's not like a nightmare, like the kind where you wake up freaking out.

Sometimes it's hard, especially hard when a re-introduces a character that's not been around for like six seasons.. It's like who is that?? lol
