Haven't seen this movie in a while. I remembered only a general emotion and that it is about wiping memory, but i did forget some great moments throughout this movie and side story with Mary. So it was nice rewatching it :) For me this evokes feeling about wanting to erase something bad that happened, what you said, but this makes you think, that maybe you just need to own it and move on and it is for the better to have experience, bad or good.

I'm with TBR. I just finished watching... and I know I saw this movie back when it first came to video. I don't remember it like that! Did they stick the memory erasing tech in the movie?? LOL Will we remember it this time? I'll watch it again in a few years and see if I remember it. đŸ˜‚đŸ˜„đŸ˜ź

This movie teaches you to cherish all your memories, good or bad. It's very easy to say you want to erase the bad times from your mind, but to do so would come at the expense of the good times. Both the good and bad times of our lives shape who we become and how we interact with others, in perpetuity. Powerful stuff, my all-time favorite relationship film. Great reaction!

I always wondered how this film would be if Terry Gilliam directed it. He made "12 Monkeys". Eternal Sunshine is his type of story. Speaking of Gilliam... you should look up more of his films. "Time Bandits" please? 😁

Thank you, Shaun! I haven't seen any of those! I will check with TBR Schmitt :) -sam

Great reaction. This movie was written by Charlie Kaufmann. He wrote Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, and Synecdoche, NY. They are all three crazy entertaining head trip movies that you all should check out eventually. His movies are unlike anything else. Keep up the great work.
