2021-04-13 04:11:51 +0000 UTCApparently Liebgott was rough with German POWs, so Winters didn’t trust him with the ammo. One Easy memoir recounted that Liebgott was interrogating a POW when a piece of shrapnel hit him. The POW started laughing and Liebgott pulled his bayonet and stabbed him. 😲
