I definitely contributed to those billions of dollars that Avatar received. I must have seen it about 6 times in theater in 3D, and you know how expensive that was per ticket!

I don't understand the end. It's one thing for the allies to call off the attack but, then what? Colonel McKenzie said to "stand them down". What? Does he mean have the men sit and defend in the trenches that are being pummeled? Or do they retreat/pull back? If they did pull back, what would the Germans do then? Just say "darn they didn't fall for our trap"? and just sit there and keep bombarding the trench? Then what? If the allies pull back do the Germans then use it as an opportunity to move forward and attack? If so, do the allies then again move forward back into the trench to defend? Or do the allies then just retreat further? I dunno man. Yay they stopped themselves from getting slaughtered in the trap, but what I really want to know is, "what next?" Was this based on actual events? Grrr.

Yeah I totally see that! I remember being so blown away by avatar in the theater that I had to see it again the next day... One day VR will be the new standard of entertainment

That's awesome that you watched in advance! I totally agree about the one-shot and soundtrack, had us on edge the whole time! Thanks so much for the support! We just put up a bunch of polls today!

Great reaction, again!
For me, this movie almost feels as immersive as VR. The continuous, single-shot experience gives me the same sense of "presence" where I feel like I'm in the world of the movie. It's hypnotic.
The closest movie experience I've had to this was my first viewing of Avatar (in 3D of course).
I think the only experiences that could exceed this will be when we finally get "movies" in VR (like a holodeck novel/movie).

So I watched ahead of time anticipating your reaction video.
Amazing!
We all know war is horrific and this movie drives that home.
The “one-shot” feel keeps the intensity ramped up along with the soundtrack.
Also, have you thought on your Christmas poll yet?
Look forward to your future reactions.
