Update On Luke Jacobs-WWE

Over the past two days, it has been reported that Zozaya, Mike D Vecchio and Aigle Blanc are all expected to sign with WWE and begin with the company in September following their presence at WWE’s UK Tryout earlier this year. One talent in the past few days fans have asked about is Luke Jacobs, who is the current PROGRESS World Champion and one of Europe’s top names.
However, Jacobs’ current status is not as clear as the other talent named previously, as Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan has been told that Jacobs impressed at the tryout prior to WrestleMania, with multiple sources across the European scene claiming that Jacobs is on his way to WWE along with the other talent mentioned above. In addition, a source close to Jacobs stated their belief Jacobs would sign with WWE this year. However, at this time, Fightful Select can not confirm that Jacobs will be signing with the company, and another source does claim to us that Jacobs will not be signing with the promotion.
