• For those asking about Jazymn Nyx’s absence this past week on NXT, we were given an answer. We were told WWE is hopeful she won’t miss much time, but was sidelined from action. She’s still with the company.

• Tony Khan noted that he changed Mina Shirakawa’s theme on the fly during Dynamite. The “new” theme was not produced by Mikey Rukus. There aren't plans to use it again, the last time we asked.
  

• Shotzi is still currently under WWE contract, despite MLW already teasing her appearance.
  

• Those that we spoke to said that the longtime target for Skye Blue’s in-ring return was around Double or Nothing, so she ended up being right on schedule. 
  

• In asking around about the Giulia vs. Jordynne Grace match on NXT recently, we were told some spots were cut before the match because of the time allotted. We apologize for the confusion!
  

• Despite very dense people faux outraging with information claiming otherwise, the MVP throw to commercial break was scripted and planned
  

• The Fightful Report Podcast will air later next week due to WWE and AEW shows.
  

• Liv Morgan’s wrap date was this week, and she was scheduled to head back to America this weekend. 
  

• TMZ reported that Real American Beer was looking in to purchasing Hooters. No surprise, but they’re also behind the Real American Freestyle Wrestling project.

Prince Nana

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp spoke to Prince Nana at Squared Circle Expo ahead of this weekend’s AEW Double or Nothing show.

Nana spoke with Sean Ross Sapp about his in-ring wrestling career. He said that he was very proud of what he’d done in the ring, and loves people discovering what it is that he did. However, he was at a career crossroads and wanted to decide on a path forward and committed to managing.

As of the filming of the interview, Ricochet’s logo was still on the Embassy robe, but the AEW seamstress was removing it soon. He said that the robe was very important to him and was glad they could convey that on TV. 

He loves that the Prince Nana dance took off, and spoke about support from Ken Joeng and how much he loved Leslie Jones’ reaction to the AEW show. He approached Nigel McGuinness about saying Leslie Jones looked like his mother, and he apologized and they had a good laugh. 

He spoke about his coffee and promoting it, calling himself a walking billboard. They also have tea!! Sgt. Slaughter made a cameo in the interview
