WWE's comp situation tight for talent ahead of WrestleMania
Added 2025-04-19 18:53:53 +0000 UTCWWE hasn’t sold out WrestleMania yet, but they’re very close and seem pretty confident about it.
As of Saturday, WrestleMania had just over 1,200 tickets available for their current setup night one, with about 1,300 remaining for night two. Th Sources within WWE tell Fightful Select they’re expecting a complete sellout for both nights. WrestleTix has shown healthy movement this week.
A few months ago, Fightful reported about WWE not offering comps to talent any longer, with friends and family generally coming at a huge expense to the talent. We’re told that is also the case with WrestleMania, with it being “virtually impossible” for even top talent to get the level of comp tickets they used to. Even for shows like Smackdown before Mania, things have been tight. When we asked a WWE higher up, they said it was a product of the company’s success. Talent we’ve spoken to say that it’s the tightest comp situation they’ve seen, though many still have their families in town.
There are talent who aren’t even on WrestleMania, who do have heavy media schedules. Some have a half dozen meet and greet obligations.

Just following up on what has already been said: For some, this will be their only MW appearance and to take away the chance for them to invite family to witness that is petty and makes them look like a bloodsucking company.
