Any update on CM Punk’s deal? Is he considered full time or part time? How long is it?

He's considered full-time. I don't have specifics on money, dates, and length, outside of WWE claimed it was multi-year. They reworked some elements of it last year. I'd expect to see him wrestle 15-30 matches a year, televised and non based on what WWE claims.

Are AEW wrestlers expected to be in Vegas for Mania week?

Yes. Toni Storm, Sting, Britt Baker, Megan Bayne, Shelton Benjamin, Skye Blue, Brian Cage, Danhausen, Penelope Ford, The Gunns, Billy Gunn, Julia Hart, Powerhouse Hobbs, Brody King, Mariah May, MVP, Willow, Deonna Purrazzo, Dustin Rhodes, Justin Roberts, Thunder Rosa, Jim Ross, Kip Sabian, Mina Shirakawa, Red Velvet, Nick Wayne, Mother Wayne, Paul Wight are all booked. Collision tapes in Boston that Thursday, so talent have the full weekend to take bookings in Vegas.

With AEW now announcing their slate of shows for the week preceding All In, have you heard of any other promotions doing shows in the Dallas area during that week a la Mania week shows?

Yes, there are some indies I've spoken with that are hoping to run that week as well. WrestleMania week events seems to be getting fewer by the year, though.
