• AEW are expecting Orange Cassidy to miss quite a bit of time with his injury. 

• AEW are hopeful Mark Davis is only missing 4-8 weeks

• There had been some internal pitches from talent involving the Young Bucks in recent months, with many talent thinking they’d be back by now.

• We’re told there was consideration in doing Mercedes Mone & Robyn Renegade vs. Julia & Athena on Collision, but it ended up being Mercedes and Harley

• Shelton Benjamin's travel woes were legit this past week.

• Fightful were told there are “significant” creative plans for FTR emanating from this match tonight.

• Swerve Strickland's daughters and family are in Philly for tonight's show

• Jon Moxley vs. Swerve Strickland was expected to main event the show as of today.

• The Renegades have been actively discussed as being involved with Mercedes in recent weeks.

• The original plan for AEW Dynasty was Will Ospreay vs. Switchblade Jay White, as Fightful Select reported.

• Bandido vs. Chris Jericho was planned for this show, but was up in the air throughout the week.

• Bandido has long been planned for an ROH Title win. Chris Jericho is moving away from ROH.

• There are surprises expected for this show.

• Internally, the plans for the winner of the Owen Hart Foundation tournament, and even who is in the finals, had been kept close to the vest in recent weeks.

• Athena and Mercedes Mone are expected to meet in the next round of the Owen Hart Foundation tournament.

• When we asked if Josh Alexander would be on the show, we were not given a confirmation.

• Harley Cameron is at the show, despite not being booked for a match.
