Major Match Planned In AEW

During AEW Revolution, Billie Starkz was shown watching Mercedes Mone vs. Momo Watanabe. Starkz has feuded and worked with ROH World Women’s Champion Athena for the last couple of years, and the social media interactions after Mercedes beat Billie Starkz on the March 19 are not on accident.
Those that Fightful have spoken with claim that an Athena vs. Mercedes Mone match is the plan, with some claiming it could happen as soon AEW Dynasty. Mercedes Mone is approaching ten months as TBS Champion, with Athena at over two years as ROH Champion.
Athena and Mercedes have worked together over three dozen times, even teaming together a number of times. However, they’ve never had a one on one match. Athena won a triple threat involving Mercedes back in 2018. The two haven’t worked together in over six years.

I guess that it would make sense to do this match before All In and then have the winner face Toni in Texas. Part of the reason is that I just don't see another big match for Toni to have on that card. Who else would be a big enough match for her for their biggest show of the year? I feel like Mercedes vs. Athena would overshadow whatever match Toni is in and I don't think that you can have that.
