As of now, talent doesn't know if a matching title will be announced for WWE Raw, or if they'll be doing a tournament to determine the champion. We're told they kept the details quiet, but talent previously thought it would maybe be debuted in December or January with Survivor Series so close.
There were originally scheduled dark matches for Sami Zayn vs. Ludwig Kaiser and Bron Breakker vs. Jey Uso that Jason Jordan was to produce. However, they got changed to Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso & Sami Zayn vs. Bron Breakker, Carmelo Hayes and Ludwig Kaiser produced by Jason Jordan.
Paul Heyman was backstage at Smackdown, which is the norm.
