The vignette that aired is in fact for the Motor City Machine Guns. Someone in the know in the company reached out last night to clarify that they've never heard of Shelley and Sabin being discussed for the NXT brand, and they've been planned for Smackdown for quite some time.
An updated WWE Raw logo is expected for Netflix's debut
As one would expect, Chelsea Green got high praise for her Dumpster match reaction. We're told that WWE took photos and digital skits following the match.
AJ Styles' injury angle was planned an he's fine.
All early indications were that talent from the ladder match emerged okay and the company was pleased with the match.
The internal name for Smackdown in Nashville was "#Trashville"
Chad Barbash was listed as the writer for the AJ Styles promo.
Sondra Lacey was listed as the writer for the opening of WWE Smackdown.
DIY is officially listed as "#DIY" internally.
Angel and Humberto were listed as "Los Garza" internally.

Lil bit disappointed with the MCMG news While last night was a good night the tag division on sd is pretty bad atm, there’s a lot more focus in NXT think Theo’s be better suited there Hopefully they provide a shot in the arm

Was worried seems like the story they are going to tell with Styles is about the grizzled veteran trying to keep up with the next generation of talent. Him Andrade Hayes & Knight in the mix for The US Title sounds good. I like the face turn & they played up that the I Quit match humbled him & explains in kayfabe why he wasn’t around. Assumed MCMG going to SmackDown had more to do with Lucha Bros debut being delayed because of TK adding injury time at the last minute to there deals & that with Penta deal up in November & Fenix deal up in summer/fall that it was a pivot I guess not. Honestly if MCMG can get the tag titles of the Bloodline would love a three way feud between them The Street Profits & DIY. Awesome tag title ladder match & you could tell the crowd wanted DIY or Street Profits to win. Chelsea Green has been making the most of every opportunity & has maximised her minutes. Really happy that Mia Yim has become a tv regular from the Nia & Tiffany feud to the Chelsea & Piper feud. Give the woman a mid card belt & have Yim in the mix with LeRae Davenport Niven Green & a couple others
