Mark Davis update
Added 2024-09-30 00:00:06 +0000 UTCOver the last number of weeks on the Fightul Select Q&A, we've received over a dozen inquiries about the status of Mark Davis of Aussie Open.
Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp was provided a small update in that he is still recovering from what sidelined him, but is progressing well. What specifically put him out of action has remained quiet and those close to the situation tell us that they'd prefer it if it was his story to tell, which we will respect.
Davis has been out of action for a full year, last wrestling at WrestleDream against FTR for the AEW World Tag Team Titles. We're told that at no point has there been a timetable for a return that was widely known to anyone backstage, and if there was, it was kept close to the vest.
We wish Mark Davis a great recovery.
