AEW contract up this year

Earlier this year it was reported that Penta’s AEW contract is set to expire this year, and that he has interest from WWE. However, we’re told that he’s not the only one, as his Lucha Bros. teammate Rey Fenix also sees his contract expire this year. We haven’t nailed down when that will be as of yet.
Those we’ve spoken to say that AEW want to retain Fenix and Penta and there were offers extended and contract talks. We’ve not heard how those talks have been. Fenix, much like Penta, is expected to have interest from WWE. Both men have been with All Elite Wrestling since 2019.
We’ll follow up on this as we get more info.

Let Penta surprise as a World title contender. Rey Fenix for one of the other singles belts. Let them run Collision. One feud we haven't gotten (or that I recall) - Lucha Bros vs FTR. Hoping All In is Bucks vs. FTR vs. Acclaimed vs Lucha Bros - Fatal 4 Way for Tag Belts. Time to detrone the Bucks!
