1987 Public Release - Onto new things!

You guys are getting this a little early because I'm having issues loading this onto the repository, but this is the version that will be going up on the public repository. Thank you so much to everyone that has supported me while I've made this vehicle, I'm really proud of it and can't wait for the next one.

Since last upload, I've added ~7 skins to every body. I'm going to allow you all to get custom BlackFlag Designs door wraps/paint designs or graffiti paint jobs by me once I sort a few things out, so if you'd like to have your name and number in the game, it'll be possible.

The voter tier patrons have chosen for the next focus to be a Kicker Class Update. This one shouldn't take long. After that I have a few things on my list; continuing other classes for the vic, an all shocker Mopar, and new tracks, in some order. I also have a goal of starting pickups at 100 patrons, which I didn't expect to approach so fast, but it looks like we might be starting pickups soon.

I've been in contact with the guy behind the fairgrounds mod to get these things working ingame. I hope a fix is coming soon, I know the method for spawning them in is annoying.
