No heat on Liv Morgan after arrest.

We're told that there is "absolutely no heat" on Liv Morgan following the arrest.
"Liv has not been on TV, did not alter creative plans, and was honest about the situation, there are no issues with her whatsoever" one WWE staff member said.
"Everybody liked Liv before, everybody still likes Liv. We'll get our jokes off, and she'll get hers off and nobody will be thinking about it soon enough," one top talent told Fightful.
One WWE name said that Morgan bonded out Thursday, and was back on Twitter promoting Smackdown on Friday.
Last year, Fightful reported that while marijuana is in the Wellness Policy, WWE have not tested for it for years. It used to result in a $2500 fine.

They’re more likely to do it in Southern states. Considering she’s been injur ed she’s likely been using it for pain management. That’s the only reason I smoke 90% of the time myself.

2023-12-17 11:10:56 +0000 UTCFirst of, while yes, smoking marijuana can still possibly cause damage to your lungs, it's no different than smoking cigarettes & if anything, it's possibly less harmful than smoking cigarettes (that can be related to consumption volume, tbf, you rarely see people smoke 20 joints in one day). Yet I don't see cigarette smoking being illegal in half the US states. Second, there are other ways to consume marijuana that circumvent many of the dangers of smoking marijuana, such as edibles, pills & skin creams. That's often how marijuana is used for medical reasons.

2023-12-17 01:34:47 +0000 UTCIn this case, this very particular law, many U.S states have it as legal so if she were in New York for the after Christmas MSG show the cop MAY have charged her as DWI but more likely wouldn't have charged her with anything since everything being reported as she had on her is legal there. Plenty of other dumb U.S laws that are nationwide to pick on though. Lol

As said, in the U.K - weed is stricly illegal and is linked to triggering mental health issues, etc.. If you think it's cool, good for you. As it's Liv Morgan (blonde hair, blue eyed, her posters on your well) there's a leap to defense - if this was Nia Jax, it would be a different response.

Potential DUI, carrying nearly an ounce of weed and synthetic cannaboids (spice - which is a nasty junky associated drug) in a place where's it not legal screams out 'dealer'. It's also interesting to see the U.S attidude in the IWC towards drugs - in the U.K weed is very much illegal (nationwide) and dealing it results in prison.
