To celebrate, WWE gave us a mediocre episode of Raw.
Those 3 hours really can be a slog sometimes, can't they? Especially with no Gunther banger title defense to take up a half hour.
I've forgotten most of what happened tonight and THE SHOW IS STILL GOING ON.
But better days could be on the horizon.
They're NOT, but they COULD be...

2023-10-25 16:37:35 +0000 UTCWhere did I lie at? RAW has been consistently good to great for the last few months and yet if you listen to the show you’d think it was the shits. The upper card has been fun with Drew’s slow heel turn and his distrust of Jey, the midcard is looking great again the women’s division has looked better than it has in months with a ton of different women getting TV time. The only thing SGS admits to liking on a regular basis is Gunther, which is the wrestling fan equivalent of admitting you like oxygen. If this was still 2018-19 and Vince was still writing the show and it was god awful, it’d be fine. But WWE’s on their biggest period of financial growth and run of good shows since the 90’s, so constantly griping about how “bad” the shows are feels like it’s grasping at straws.

The only point here in the description that's valid is that Raw would be MUCH better being two hours. Three is a slog.
