- Fightful filmed an interview with former IMPACT star Larry D in our first Fightful Studio interview in Kentucky. He'll have his retirement match against Moose in Cynthiana, Kentucky on November 4. Originally, he was slated to face Trevor Murdoch, but the NWA tapings adjusted plans.

- Nick Wayne was legitimately busted open on AEW Dynamite. We're told he was supposed to get his tooth fixed today.

- AEW sources we spoke to were very happy with Mistico's appearance, and gave him some credit for helping move AEW Dynamite tickets.

Fightful's THE HUMP spoke to Matt Cardona

Cardona was on promoting the Big Rubber Guys series of Major Pod Figures, which features licensed figures of Andre The Giant and Macho Man Randy Savage. He said that in the future he'd like to get into some other lines as well, but pointed out some of the intricate details associated with the 1990s ECW figures.

When asked about a return to WWE, he said it would all come down to cash and creative. He said that he's already been "just a guy on the card" in WWE, and wouldn't want to go back just to do something like that, as they have plenty of people to do that now. He does miss wrestling in Madison Square Garden.

He doesn't have much of a relationship with All Elite Wrestling these days, but it was another situation where if the terms made sense he'd be open to appearing again in the future. Speaking of the future, he spoke highly of Alex Kane's ability and MLW's push of him, but thinks he needs to step up his marketing and social media.

Cardona was very happy with Chelsea Green going back to WWE and says that he feels like she's doing the best out of everyone that got re-hired by the company. He also asked Chelsea if it was okay for Steph De Lander to be his heater after seeing her in Australia. He says that she's been doing great in the role but always pushes to wrestle more.
