News on WBD audio and listing issues of AEW

On last week's episode of AEW Dynamite, there were several audio issues through the TBS feed. The situation persisted on the October 5, episode, but that wasn't the biggest problem. WBD sources confirmed with us that they became aware of a mistake regarding AEW Dynamite's listing yesterday morning across multiple providers that likely caused viewership issues. The WBD source called all of the issues "inexcusable" and admitted they felt bad for them.
We're told that there was a lot of frustration within AEW as they often get blamed for these issues, but there was nothing they could do.

The FITE version of Dynamite is worth it just to hear the commentators bust each other’s balls during commercial breaks. Gotta love paying less than $20 for PPVs too!

It potentially ruined what could have been one of their best viewership ratings of the year because of a technical error that wasn't fixed even though it was identified hours before the show went live. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if it came out that someone was intentionally fucking with them, though massive incompetence from WBD is more likely, imo.

2023-10-06 00:29:11 +0000 UTCMy DVR recorded 2 hours of The Big Bang Theory and called it AEW Dynamite. I have Xfinity/Comcast cable. Luckily, I was excited to see Edge so I ended up tuning in live which I never do and only missed the first 20-30 mins of the show.
