Eddie Kingston On Winning ROH Title, Who Is On His Radar

Kingston told Hawkins that it hasn't hit him that he's ROH World Champion and probably wont until he retires. He got through the rush of the match, taking pictures and being congratulated and realized he has to defend them now. He said that winning in New York meant a lot for him, but he would have traded it for a Knicks NBA Championship. That's how terrible the Knicks are historically.
He said that he personally doesn't think he's very good and is always looking for ways to improve. He knows people are going to bring up his look, but they don't see what goes into his work -- muay thai, jiu jitsu, stretching for hours to get loose, and preparing his body.
Ethan Page is on his radar the most as ROH Champion because there are losses that he wants to avenge.
He tells people who have been around in wrestling and might not see a light at the end of the tunnel, there are no rules to when you get your big break. No one has a set timeline.
His celebration meal was Chick-Fil-A.

The Q and A he did yesterday is still up, its a few posts under this one, its just an audio player not a youtube video. If you are talking about the part where we ask the questions he always deletes them after he records the podcast.

2023-09-23 23:23:52 +0000 UTCEddie has no showed or canceled on my local fed 3-4 times. Granted , “fool me once…” but today I guess he didn’t even reach out he just posted on IG that he wouldn’t be doing his independent dates.
