Select Portions: Alexa Bliss, WWE Injury, Megabyte Ronnie

- Contrary to prior reports, there were not creative plans for Alexa Bliss for quite some time before she announced her pregnancy

- Rob Wilkins of Fightful interviewed The League's Jon Lajoie this week about his LJN-inspired music video.

- We're told that AEW had tentative creative plans for Nick Wayne joining their roster months ago.

- We can confirm PWInsider's report that Braun Strowman is sidelined with an undisclosed injury. He's not factored in to plans that we've heard of lately.

Megabyte Ronnie appeared on In The Weeds

- Says retirement is hard. He thought of wrestling as what he would ultimately wind up doing and wasn’t ready to give it up, but the doctor just took it away from him.

- Found out about his injury two days before he posted on socials. Has two slipped discs and one crushed disc in his back. Thinks the crushed disc has been crushed for a long time. Heard something pop while working out in January and has had pain ever since. Knew he was messed up. Is doing physical therapy and will likely need surgery.

- Hope to avoid surgery because once you have one, you keep needing it. Called it quits because he didn’t want to spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair.

- Due to the injury, can’t do competitive eating the way he would like. Doesn’t think he’ll be competitive eating this year, but hopes to return next year.

- Didn’t really know his last weekend would be his last weekend. Really wanted to wrestle at C4 before he had to call it a career and was happy he went out there and wrestled despite the injury. “It was the best last weekend I could ask for.”

- Doesn’t know who would win a “hog off” between Matt Brannigan and Sexxxy Eddy. “Eddy it me with a moonsault and it felt like someone slapped me with a log.”

- Has considered doing OnlyFans, but doesn’t think he could go down that route. Supports anyone who does.

- Hasn’t been able to watch wrestling since retiring. Isn’t sure he could be a manager because he’d be bigger than his clients. Would still like a spot in wrestling, maybe as an interviewer. Think RJ City is doing a good job with AEW and could see something like that working.

- “It irks me that Matt Brannigan isn’t signing and making millions. He’s so good.” Says he didn’t know much about Matt before they started teaming, but fans requested they team and they immediately became best friends.

- Says the most important match he had was against Daniel Garcia.

- Enjoyed working with Abby Jane, who is much smaller than him, but they worked like they were the same size. Ronnie turned into a big heel going up against the smaller girl. Got the crowd shocked when he hit her with a clothesline.

- Was originally supposed to doing a “brawling match” against Chuck Stone at NWP The Strongest Yard, but there were other brawling matches on the show. Says he called an audible to make it into a Loser Has To Eat 20 Cheeseburgers match where they both tried to lose since they both like Cheeseburgers.

- Says he’s been struggling with what’s next, but says he’ll ultimately be okay.

- Ronnie plays Magnum TA in Dark Side of the Ring. Looks so much like Magnum that they turned down the blur. Had a lot of ideas for Dark Side. Had fun acting and hopes to do more. Says a company is talking to him about an eating show. “There’s stuff out there for me in acting world, I just have to navigate that.”
