Update On Taya's Contract Status With MLW/NWA/AAA/IMPACT

Taya Valkyrie is working at AAA, MLW, NWA and IMPACT Wrestling, but isn't anchored down.

Despite holding championships in multiple companies, Taya tells Fightful Select that she's technically still a free agent and eligible to work anywhere she likes. She said that she's enjoyed that ability since leaving NXT, but also noted that 2023 might be the year she looks for a more permanent home. She's well established in AAA, and was also signed to NXT under Triple H's regime before he left the NXT brand. She also is regularly working MLW, NWA and IMPACT.

Taya told us that Court Bauer reached out to her to bring her into the company. She's enjoyed her time there, and was excited to work with Billie Starz, despite the trepidation regarding her age. She said that adapting to different companies and their television presentation isn't hard for her.

Taya is also open to coaching and producing, and tells us she wants to learn more about that process. Continuing to learn is one of her favorite things about wrestling, but also loves giving advice and is flattered when people ask for it. She's also happy to go to bat for talent when she's asked to give talent recommendations.
