Heavily Pushed MLW Talent Finished With The Company

It's that time of the year. Contract season, and some contracts are already up.

As reported Friday, Fightful Select has been told that MLW Tag Team Champion EJ Nduka's deal with Major League Wrestling is up, and actually has been since January 1. Nduka was tag champ alongside Calvin Tankman, and were scheduled to defend the titles in Philadelphia against the Samoan Swat Team on January 7, and he honored that date. Those that we've spoken to say that no extension was reached, and EJ Nduka is now a free agent. There are multiple companies interested in him

EJ Nduka, 34, trained at the WWE Performance Center between 2019 and 2021 and was considered a big prospect for the company. He was let go in May 2021, which surprised many within the industry, especially MLW, who quickly swooped in and signed him.
