Some exclusive notes from NJPW below. Feel free to use the comments for live discussion. 

- We were told the Karl Anderson vs. Tama Tonga match isn't expected to get much time, with one source indicating they'd be shocked if it went much over ten minutes.

- Cash Wheeler arrived very late, as he highlighted on Twitter.

- Most foreign talent flew out Sunday and Monday in order to make it in time. 

- We're told to expect to get more details of Sasha Banks/Mercedes' agreement after she appears. 

Other Notes:

- Rocky Romero told us he was very nervous that something would fall through with the Karl Anderson/WWE/NJPW deal. Anderson however, was committed to making the date, and believed all along that 

- Voices of Wrestling reported this week that much of Suzukigun had been working on handshake agreements.

- Kenny Omega started the build for Wrestle Kingdom in our interview with him in June, but Rocky Romero said that there was no deal 

- We'd asked Okada several questions about WWE, AEW and Karl Anderson that didn't end up getting answered.

- There was a big push to make Wrestle Kingdom more visible with media in English speaking countries. 

- Will Ospreay noted to us that his NJPW contract is up in early 2024, but believes he'll stick with NJPW, as he has anxiety about living in America.

- Will Ospreay echoed the same sentiments in his passionate promo on Omega to us out of character in our interview. He didn't believe Kenny Omega could have handled the mental stress of traveling, isolating and wrestling without cheering crowds during the pandemic.

- Switchblade Jay White told Fightful he was building chicken coops to prepare for the match with Okada. Okada said he hopes White doesn't use that as an excuse when he loses.

- Okada doesn't actively watch NJPW Strong, but said he'd gladly wrestle there and wants more Japanese talent to do the same. He put over Tom Lawlor's skills

- Jay White and Okada were adamant they should main event over Ospreay and Omega. Okada said he felt he and White were the best representatives of NJPW and believes some NJPW don't know or forgot about Omega. 

- Okada noted that he is anxious to face White, but anxiety in big matches can be a good thing. 

- Rocky Romero told us anything is possible with WWE and NJPW and is thankful they allowed Anderson to wrestle at WK, but believes the AEW-NJPW relationship is the priority.  

- Romero wouldn't comment on the Sasha Banks rumors, but Fightful has confirmed she will be at the show.

- The deal with Sasha Banks with NJPW was done as far back as late November.
