Instructions:
Place the strap on the avatar
If using VRCFury:
Set the Link To to the bone you want it to attach to and be sure to set bone. Make sure Keep bone offsets is set to Yes.
If parenting:
Place the prefab under the bone you want it to be attached to.
Be sure to set up toggles!
