2022-01-08 08:24:19 +0000 UTCFun stuff. Suggestion: ctrl+f and mostly excise the phrase "for sure" next chapter. It's one thing in Erick's internal monologue, another when random wrought use it in dialogue.

2022-01-08 06:52:15 +0000 UTCJust finished my week long binge of this story. Reading like 4000 pages has been tough. Probably one of the best so far. I'm excited.

2022-01-04 03:33:18 +0000 UTCthe reader has some hints as to the Black Curse, but this is the first Erick is hearing of it, too.

2022-01-03 19:10:14 +0000 UTCI don't think we know yet, except that it is a curse. Erick noted that Big M was interfering with the forging of adamantium, causing it to be black. Maybe 3 or 4 chapters ago, we were told that adamantium used to come in several colors.

2022-01-02 20:56:25 +0000 UTCWell, Eric did say he wanted to spar. If Sitnakov offers it might be well received

2022-01-02 18:08:46 +0000 UTCYeah could be the darkness or something unseen or even Rosetta "trying" an approach that didn't work.

2022-01-02 18:04:51 +0000 UTCHa, funny. Kromolok had those same thoughts when you'd be having them as a reader. Like, he's about to be handed ways to recreate the boosts he gets, and they just missed that bit because they're essentially treating their hypotheticals entirely hypothetically and not actually thinking them through. What a lot of people are incorrectly not concerned about, however, is the Headmasters sincere desire to crash the moons into each other. Also less funny is that Erick is highly likely not Xoat, and would say as much to the Darkness, and so Kromolok, while keeping things non-threatening, is a threat all on his own. Also, nice to see him stick to the mind-mage principals. And Ophiel is getting more and more sentient. And all this is aside from those missing days. With all the people coming out of the woodwork to talk to him, who would've kidnapped him? If it was Fallopolis, she's likely going to not take the confirmation that her mother was killed for, on one reading, winning wars without bloodshed since apparently with bloodshed was perfectly fine. But also, she's not someone who would have erased Erick's memories over anything as simple as a disagreement. Even about attacking the Wrought. She'd be smart enough to not share the real plan with him. So, what IS going on with his missing time? Was it the mind-mages? But Kromolok doesn't suspect that and I gather that he's high enough up to deny other's requests. So, even with the memory erasing threats, something about the memory loss is not adding up.
