Perceived Missouri Dispersion Bug
Added 2018-04-02 21:13:17 +0000 UTCLet's put this one to bed. This is one of the things that kept me busy during the month of March. Flamu noticed an apparent dispersion error with Missouri a couple of patches previously and I offered to map out their dispersion to see if it could be isolated.
My initial findings, comparing a sample taken from patch 0.6.15 in late 2017 to one from patch 0.7.3 didn't present any anomalies. Then people began to say they felt an enormous difference if they removed any accuracy modifications. Despite Wargaming reporting that Missouri's dispersion was behaving properly, some players insisted that Missouri was more accurate without dispersion-reduction modifications.
Welp, I've compared her with an without mods. I have not been able to replicate the bug. Any perceptions of Missouri being less accurate than she was lie with biases of the end user, I'm afraid.
