Can't see the Vimeo video? As of OCT2023 @Tech Coach Ralph found the following workaround for this Patreon bug ➡️ "if you click on the 3 dots in the top right to expand a menu and chose 'Copy Link' to open in your web browser choose the option to stay on web if it pops up (don't open in app) you should be able to play the video."

Same! I hit the bed at or before 10pm AND am up by, at the latest, 7am. The goal is to get to waking up at 6am.

Using my calendar as a reference, and be aware I work 80 hours a week, I got about 4-5 hours 5 out of the 7 days of the week and 8 hours the other 2 days. I know Anton said he operates on very little sleep so I guess I just need to get used to it by now. As for food, I use my fitness pal and do more of a keto lifestyle which is very sustainable for me and have had no real issues with it.

Hey, Ude. Great job using your time effectively. Have you tried keeping a journal of how many hours you sleep a night and what you eat throughout the day? I think that would be informative so you can make the necessary adjustments. I know some foods make me feel energized, and some make me feel sluggish, so knowing how your body responds is helpful.

I Wake up at 4 am, got my calendar setup, am intentional with every hour of the day. My only struggle is with lack of energy sometimes. Not sure if it is due to lack of sleep or not eating enough so still working on that.
