Friday Sidebar: Wiki and Incoming Stories

While waiting for some issues to resolve, I've been trying to do some housekeeping. Today it was 'find every reference you've made to a halo-arch in the canon and jot those things down', so I did that. I also wanted an August release, so I'm trying a LitRPG short story for Kindle Unlimited. If you don't have access to KU, don't worry; I'll put the story up for first readers to typo-check, and you can read it then. (I will take it down afterwards, though, so I don't violate the KU exclusivity contract).

Normally I wouldn't bother with KU, but LitRPG as a genre is completely dependent on it, so if I want that audience to see it, I'll have to bite that bullet. I'm curious as to whether the experiment will amount to anything; I have a LitRPG novel outlined, but I didn't want to invest in it if I can't appeal to the people who like that kind of thing. I've included an excerpt here, for the curious.

After this, I'll probably either finish up the Lesandurel story for the November holiday release, or I'll continue Surela. We'll see where I am then...! I did also find notes for the next three Alysha novels....
