The Very First Glaseah Image Ever
Added 2019-10-02 13:00:02 +0000 UTCWe return to the 'From the Closet Project' with this piece from 1990, the very first Glaseah I ever drew. It was in response to a commissioner who wanted me to draw "something weird", to which I said, 'uh, like what?' and he said, 'how about a skunktaur with wings?'
So I said... 'uh, okay, you're the boss!'
The commissioner counted himself well satisfied when I turned it over. Young Me, charmed by the results, asked him if I could keep the idea and use it for stories, and he said, magnanimously (and little realizing, I'm sure, what was coming!), "Sure! Enjoy!"
I wonder sometimes if he kept track of me, and knows all about Vasiht'h. I doubt it, but what a legacy...!
