Added 2019-04-27 16:48:34 +0000 UTCA cat who kept me company outside the coffee shop. Every time I looked down, he had moved to another position near me and curled up. Very friendly little creature! I know black cats are supposedly not as loved as other color cats, but I found him very handsome.
Anyway, news!
- The Kickstarter wrapped up this morning, and paid full half the bill for the narrator's services! I am super, super pleased. I'll start prize fulfillment next week.
- Kherishdar did lots of updating, go read if you're reading it as a serial!
- We are marching inexorably toward the release of Faith in the Service! I am excited! Also, the audio for this one is going to be sooooo fun, I'm hearing snippets of it and drunk Taylitha is the best Taylitha. 😆
That's the big stuff. I'm doing a lot of experimenting with new art supplies, which has been fun and unusual--for years I've been buying 'more of what I already use' because that's the sensible thing to do. But the Hydra has enabled some R&D initiatives, so I've been playing with calligraphy, fountain pens, and book-binding.
Have I figured out how I'm going to monetize these experiments? Nope, not yet. (People keep asking me about lapel pins! Do people buy lapel pins? I have no idea.) But this opportunity to handle something new has been really valuable. Thank you, Hydra tenders! 💖
