To record this in what I felt like a natural prosody, I... repeated it a lot while really thinking about the meaning of the words. This is surprisingly hard to do if you're also thinking about how you're supposed to pronounce them. I taught myself that with a phonetic guide before moving on the the tone. It came out better than usual, so I think this is the procedure I'll use in the future for figuring out how to say sentences. Until I know how to say them without practice.
