Sediryl (Princes' Game 5)

She's off to kick tail and take names! While having a horrible nervous stomachache!

(Drawing her is interesting, because her bodytype is really different from mine. She has wide but low hips, with a very long torso, and a wide gap between her floating rib and her pelvis. It made clothing her frustrating.)

(Also, no one holds a gun lefthanded on Shutterstock.)

Hm! I never had trouble with rifles either--fired a nice bolt-action Yugoslavian rifle as well as one or two others, though I expect the experience differs in the field versus at a gun range. It's worth noting I did get several hot casings from my Desert Eagle down the front of my shirt for some reason(it may also be worth noting here that I am, in fact, biologically male and it was not a loose enough shirt for that). That thing was fun, but trouble. x) I agree on principle, no question! Again, I'd say it depends.

I've found that it depends on what I'm shooting. Handguns and semi-auto long guns only need their controls reversed, which many can do easily. Bolt-action rifles and most bullpups really benefit from modification to be lefty-friendly. It's no good to have a rifle ejecting spent brass into your neck!

I'm wondering what she's doing with her right! Did she just crush a bomb or something? Eldritch pseudomagic?

Great work on the figure here. I appreciate your care in positioning the pelvis. I observe many women carry weight on their hips instead of other places above them, which must make buying comfortable pants difficult. Also! As a lefty shooter myself, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I hold a firearm the same way a righty does, just mirror image. The real thing to consider is the firearm itself which is normally NOT mirrored--unless it is made or modified for left-handers. Such modifications do exist, but I never found them necessary. It depends!

Ps. She looks fantastic!

I shoot either hand and can also provide reference images for either semi-autos or revolvers. (Please keep her finger out of the trigger guard when she's not actually on target!) Feel free to email me!

If you ever need lefty gun references I can help with that. :) I'm a left-handed shooter.
