Should I open a Discord-Server?
Added 2020-05-21 21:36:37 +0000 UTCI already had thoughts about it and today a fellow Patron asked me if I had plans to open up a Discord server one day, as the Patreon page itself lacks of overview and it would be interesting to get in touch with other Patrons of mine.
Principally it's a good idea, as I could establish specific channels for specific roles and the links to their released content, so my Patrons could find it better. Also it would be easier to make important basic links findable, like my public MEGA-page. A channel for collecting your ideas for new mods would be also essential. Yet I wasn't sure if the necessity is really given already or not.
I have no idea how time-consuming this task might be and how it would influence my workflow (positively or negatively). Guess that would only show in a test-run.
So I'd like to hear your honest opinion on that and feel free to leave a comment with your own thoughts about that.
