Hi everyone! 🧡
I hope this message finds you well and full of creative inspiration. 🤗
Today I felt motivated and had some more time to do a sketchbook session. I specifically wanted to focus on architecture. It's been quite some time since I last explored this subject, and I thought it would be a nice change of pace. 🏠 I decided to revisit the technique I used in a previous "draw with me" video filled with architecture studies.
To start, I attempted to use Google Earth to find some interesting architectural references around the world. It’s a great trick when you wanna practice drawing different and unique types of architecture. However, I must admit to having a somewhat unusual phobia - I feel a significant amount of anxiety when using Google Earth and similar mapping tools. As a result, I had to close my eyes while searching for inspiration, which was just pointless. 🤦🏼♀️
After this less than successful attempt, I reverted to familiar territory – Pinterest. 📌 I searched for architectural images and eventually settled on one that caught my eye. This image served as my reference point for today's drawing:

I filmed the entire session and will be sharing a new "draw with me" video, as well as a real-time video of the entire study process. 😊 I hope you find these videos interesting and that they provide some insight into my creative process.
Thank you for your ongoing support! 🧡
Hugs,
Gaby
