Another quieter month with just the Driver video, but since last month I didn't charge I figure considering both months collectively I will charge this month. I always want to be fair though, so feel free to express your thoughts on this.
I'm really, really happy with both how the Driver video came out and how it performed, like I talked about this a bit on Twitter, but that video was 100% a "for me" video and yet it did super well. I wasn't sure if I would continue the Driver retrospective series if it didn't perform well, but it surpassed all expectations. Hooray!
As the title of this blog implies, some minor Patreon changes are coming:
Reliving is returning!
The Patreon only series where I react to my old videos is returning, starting this week. This time around, to not get ahead of myself, instead of releasing each video weekly - it will be monthly. This way it's not too much of a workload that I can just enjoy each one, and I don't catch up to my current videos too quickly. Yay!
I'll be charging upfront pledges for new Patrons
This one doesn't directly effect any of you, but I've noticed I've been getting the occasional new Patron, who's able to access all the content without paying, who then unsubscribes without ever paying. There's an option to charge a single pledge upfront alongside subsequent monthly pledges, so it makes sense to turn that feature on.
Public page changes
To reflect the new payment thing and the new frequency of the Reliving series I'm going to update the public Patreon page. I'm also going to just generally update it, to make it briefer and more efficiently worded.
Public Q&A videos
This is still in the ideas stage, but I'm thinking of making the Q&A videos public from now on. Still Patreon only questions, it's just that the videos themselves are public on the 2nd channel. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
That's all! No big changes, but I'm looking forward to hating my old videos again. Of course, if you have any objections/thoughts let me know.

I'm glad to hear that - and that makes sense yeah. I think part of it is that I use Patreon as a motivator, which is why I stop charges when I haven't worked as much. Not sure, but I appreciate the thoughts Minimme rubs unsalted butter on his large areolas :)
