February Reward Update

Progress update for this one: I've just finished painting the base bodies for these two. Which leaves us with the clothes and the background yet to be done. I'll try to finish it over the weekend so that we can then proceed to actually doing the March poll next week.
Just a reminder: the February reward getting delayed will not affect the March reward. Like before, we're still gonna have at least one art pack for each month, regardless of any delays.
