This means that the entire video is about 30 minutes rather than 3 hours. In this way I hope to make the information in these tutorials more accessible.
This is the second of three parts and it goes through my use of oil paint to make this painting. My palette here is ivory black, alizarin crimson, vermillion, yellow-brown, and flake white and a medium of linseed oil.

2024-08-27 07:08:04 +0000 UTCYes, that is possible. Cracks , in general, are a 50+ years problem unless you are using varnish in your medium or have a very poor subsctate. Bottom line- cracks don't arise solely due to fat over lean.
