The Terms of Service Common Terms and Conditions for Transactions Involving Payment set forth by Pixiv Inc. have been revised and will be effective as of December 15, 2022 (Thursday).

As a result, transactions of products that are offensive to public order and morals, or in violation of the terms and conditions of pixiv-related services, international card brands, and other regulations, laws, and ordinances will be more strictly enforced.

Pixiv, Inc. has established specific standards for the crackdown, such as "prohibited products" and "products that require modification," and articles and products that fall under each standard will be made private or required to be modified.

Please refer to the following for details.

I am aware that the articles and products I have published on pixivFANBOX and BOOTH do not fall under the category of "prohibited products" and my account will not be immediately suspended, but they may fall under the category of "products requiring modification.

Therefore, we would like to inform you of our response to the revision of the Terms and Conditions and our future activity policy.

①The "Modification Required" includes "sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children" and "rape (sexual acts without consent)." However, since it is unclear how Pixiv Inc. will judge my illustrations, I will continue my activities in the same direction as now on pixivFANBOX and BOOTH after December 15, 2022 (Thursday), when the revised terms will be applied for the time being.

②Since the revised terms are limited to "transactions involving payment," I will continue to contribute illustrations on pixiv even if articles and products I have published on pixivFANBOX and BOOTH are judged to be "products requiring modification" and made private.

③In accordance with the revised terms and conditions, the following actions will be taken by December 15, 2022 (Thursday).

Correction of titles, text of posts, and tags of articles and products published on pixivFANBOX and BOOTH.

(e.g.) Remove the words "Loli", "Rape", etc.

We will create an evacuation account in the near future in case the account is suspended.

We will announce the completion of each action in a blog post on pixivFANBOX.

④If multiple articles or products are deemed to be "products in need of correction" after the Terms and Conditions have been applied, the following actions will be taken depending on the number of articles or products that are deemed to be "products in need of correction.

In the case of a small number of articles or products that have been made private

→We will keep the articles and products private and continue their activities on pixivFANBOX and BOOTH.

In the case of a large number of articles or products that have been made private

→We will stop the activities on pixivFANBOX, but will continue the activities on pixiv, Fantia, and Ci-en as before.

Both of these support services are the same as pixivFANBOX.

Both plans and prices, as well as the content of the articles posted, are no different from the activities on pixivFANBOX.

In addition, Fantia and Ci-en have a back number function, which pixivFANBOX does not have, but both services have set an indefinite time limit for viewing articles, so there is no need to purchase back numbers to view past articles.

In the unlikely event that you decide to stop using pixivFANBOX, I would appreciate it if you would consider switching to either service.

I post illustrations for the general public, not for adults, a few times a month.

The illustrations I post on Twitter are also posted on pixivFANBOX and pixiv.

Since I have had my account frozen in the past for posting adult-oriented illustrations, I do not post articles on pixivFANBOX or announcements about the doujinshi works I have created.

Since we still have a small number of followers, we do not make important announcements such as this article on Twitter, but we hope you will take this opportunity to follow us, as we can use it as a place to make announcements as our number of followers grows.
