My dreams are mostly controlled by me, when I start dreaming something bad I just wake up or change the dream to something else. However, in dreams I find my own hints to life, I look for ideas and also for inspiration. Sometimes I “want to be afraid” even though I don't consider it a nightmare, but feeling a certain emotion. It is possible that it is hard to understand. So my dreams are usually very twisted and symbolic, and I often talk to various entities in them - are they made up? I don't know, most likely yes.
