Adrian gritted his teeth as he carefully positioned himself on all fours on the examination table. His massive belly, heavy with quadruplets, hung beneath him, swaying slightly with each breath. He had grown so much in such a short time, and every movement felt like a challenge. His back ached, and his swollen breasts, now much fuller than before, pressed uncomfortably against the surface beneath him.

Dr. Patricia, the lead scientist overseeing his pregnancy, adjusted his glasses and made a few notes on his clipboard. "Alright, Adrian, just hold still. We need to examine the development of your mammary glands to ensure they’re producing the right levels of colostrum for post-birth nourishment."

Adrian huffed, shifting slightly. "I still can't believe how much they've grown… They feel so heavy," he muttered, blushing slightly as he glanced down at his full chest.

Dr. Patricia reached out and gently pressed along the sides of Adrian’s breasts, carefully assessing the firmness and fullness. "It’s completely normal given your stage of pregnancy. The hormone levels from the experiment have accelerated milk production significantly. You're developing at an optimal rate for feeding four infants."

Adrian swallowed hard, feeling a mixture of embarrassment and curiosity. "And… there's no way to slow it down?"

The scientist chuckled lightly. "That would defeat the purpose of the experiment, wouldn’t it? Your body is adapting beautifully to carrying and nourishing your babies. You're doing exceptionally well."

Adrian sighed, resting his forehead on his forearm. "Yeah, well… try carrying this weight around all day."

Dr. Patricia jotted down a few more notes. "You're right, it's no easy task. But you're stronger than you think, Adrian. Now, let's continue with the next phase of the examination."

As Adrian remained in position, feeling the weight of both his belly and his growing breasts, he couldn't help but wonder just how much more his body would change before his babies were finally born.
