Pledge
Added 2017-03-30 17:35:15 +0000 UTCI've received information that a lot of people are...reluctant to pledge to me because of my PER VIDEO method as opposed to a PER MONTH method. So I wondering for everyone which method would you prefer or if not already make you feel re-assured to pledge?

But in all seriousness, I can see that, was looking the other way, it removed the pressure on me and patreon, I was a former breeding season patreon and every month they added very little, I think that maybe it went stale and led to them just adding a little every month because they had to, rather than an artistic creativity to out something out there. Wasn't gonna do loads of vids per month since my aim was always minimum of 10 mins per video. Still advice received, good luck n your war with another creator. :-)

2017-03-31 05:06:47 +0000 UTCDoing a per-content pledge will scare Patrons because actually they can't know how many post you can do, so doing a Per-month pledge could actually simplify everything and throw fears away :)

2017-03-30 22:07:49 +0000 UTCHmm. well I take commentary on board and that certainly was one thought of mine, I also thought the other way, you can set a limit etc etc. If the poll stays as PER MONTH then I'll change it as soon as the poll ends. :-)

Thing is.. should you spit out a lot of videos per month and some people just could not help them self to simply having to have them, curiosity and all that, they would end up paying a lot.. or that's the human thought anyways and could make patrons reluctant to pledge. I want to support your future work mate, but must admit I would rather give a steady pledge a month and would be more happy for 1 video a month of better quality than say like 10 crappy work vids of ultra short length for same time period.. ya get my meaning? ;-) It also confuse new patrons when you have more work for download later on, then they start calculating number of videos x $3 and decide not to begin checking them out.. that's my 2 cents anyways.. if they get to pledge $3 and can download previous work within that months pledge.. well I just think ya get more patrons to sign up later on, thats all ;-)
